The Faculty of Law has its own IT department. The IT team is responsible for operating and maintaining the IT infrastructure, as well as for first-level and second-level support.
The entire IT infrastructure of the Law Faculty consists of about 25 servers and approximately 300 workstations. The Law Faculty IT operates a standardized MS Office environment and has a modern System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). With SCCM, operating PCs receive new program versions and new software installations automatically via the network.
The Faculty of Law's IT department sees itself as a "single point of contact" and helps all Law Faculty staff with any computer or software problems.
The stability and security of the IT systems and data are of utmost importance.
For more information regarding the Law Faculty's IT, staff members can visit the "UNI-Intranet" section of the University website. (The contents are only accessible to University staff or students.)
